NOTE 1: Whole Property = Maximum Occupancy 8 Guests.
NOTE 2: 20% Deposit. PayPal (or Credit/Debit Card through PayPal) To secure your dates.
NOTE 3: £250 Refundable damage deposit. (Paid with Balance) Refunded back to your PayPal Account within 7 Days minus any breakage charge.
NOTE 4: Balance due 40 Days before arrival.
NOTE 5: Cancellation Policy. If full balance is paid on time, then a 50% refund of the total cost if cancelled at least four weeks before arrival.
NOTE 6: Energy Costs? Jan/Feb/March-Oct/Nov/Dec £20/day contribution towards Oil and Wood Fuel charged for Heating during the cold months.
NOTE 7: End of Stay Cleaning/Laundry? €75 contribution. Paid on Arrival
